At SnookNapo, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a flexible Refund and Returns Policy to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most items purchased from our website, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Items that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale (as indicated on the product page) are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@snooknapo.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned items arrive safely.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return request.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@snooknapo.com with photos of the damage. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the damaged item and send a replacement free of charge, or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. International Returns

For international customers, returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs delays.

8. Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly identified on the product page, so please check the details before making your purchase.

9. Order Cancellations

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@snooknapo.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to our regular return policy.
